Al Warqa is a family community and it looks like one. Independent villas with gardens and boundary walls, townhouses, apartment blocks along the main roads, and households that have been in the same house for years rather than moving every tenancy. It sits on the eastern side of Dubai with open ground behind it, which is the detail that matters most for cleaning.

Villa cleaning in Al Warqa

Villas here are large, and the job is nothing like an apartment. Multiple floors, several bathrooms, usually a maid’s room and a laundry area, often a majlis that gets used for guests and otherwise sits closed.

Villa cleaning covers all of it, including the parts that get skipped when a household does it themselves: the areas around external doors where sand collects, window tracks, the garage that’s become storage, and the majlis nobody opens between occasions.

Most Al Warqa villas are a full day with a team of three or four. Larger ones with outdoor areas included run longer.

Deep cleaning in Al Warqa

Deep cleaning is the layer a regular visit never reaches. Inside kitchen cabinets and appliances, behind and under furniture, skirting boards, door frames, switches, AC vents and grilles, window tracks, wardrobe interiors, bathroom grout, balconies and terraces.

Households here book it seasonally, most often before Ramadan and again once summer breaks. That timing is practical rather than traditional: the summer months push everything indoors with the AC running, and the vents and soft furnishings show it by September.

Sand, and what it actually does

Worth being specific about, because it’s the local problem.

Fine sand comes in continuously from the open ground east of the community. On hard floors it acts as an abrasive underfoot and dulls the surface over a couple of years, which is wear rather than dirt and doesn’t mop out. In window tracks it compacts into a solid line that a vacuum won’t lift. On AC filters it shortens the interval between cleans noticeably.

None of it is dramatic on any given day. It’s the accumulation that gets you, and it’s why villas here need a deeper clean more often than the same villa would in a sheltered part of the city.

Move-in and move-out cleaning in Al Warqa

Less frequent here than in a tenant-heavy community, but it comes up, and when it does it’s usually a villa, which makes it a bigger job than an apartment handover.

A move-out clean is aimed at the landlord’s inspection: oven and extractor filter, cabinets inside, bathroom grout and limescale, AC filters and vents, window tracks, wardrobe interiors and outdoor areas. You get a written record room by room. A move-in clean is the reverse, going through an empty property before your furniture arrives.

Regular cleaning visits

A lot of Al Warqa households want the routine handled rather than a periodic overhaul. Weekly or twice weekly, covering bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting and laundry or ironing if you want it.

Same team every visit, directly employed by us and insured. In a villa this matters more than in an apartment, since there’s simply more house to learn.

Sofas at AED 50 plus 5% VAT per seat, carpets at AED 25 plus 5% VAT per square metre, curtains at AED 25 plus 5% VAT per piece, chairs at AED 40 plus 5% VAT per seat. Mattresses cleaned on the bed at your home.

Most villa clients here book one or two of these alongside a deep clean rather than separately, which is one visit instead of several.

How booking works

Call or book online with the property type and roughly the size. For a villa we come and look before quoting. You get a fixed price up front, a confirmed time, and a supervisor who walks the house with you at the end. Anything missed gets done then rather than after a phone call.
