Offices differ more than people expect, an open floor of forty desks and a suite of partitioned rooms take different time and a different route through the space. We walk the floor before quoting. These areas are covered on every visit.

Workstations and desksDesk surfaces, monitors, keyboards, phones and chairs. Contact points get disinfected rather than wiped, because a shared keyboard and a desk phone carry more than the desktop does.

Pantry and kitchen areaCounters, sink, microwave inside and out, fridge, coffee machine and bins. The office fridge is the single most common source of complaints, and it needs emptying and cleaning on a schedule rather than when someone finally objects.

WashroomsFull sanitising of fittings, floors, mirrors and dispensers, with consumables restocked if that's part of the contract. In an office this is the area staff judge everything else by.

Desks and IT equipment
Keyboards, mice, monitors and phones cleaned with products safe for electronics, applied to the cloth rather than sprayed onto the device. Cable runs and the space behind the desk get done too.

Chairs and soft furnishing
Office chairs extracted rather than surface wiped. Fabric chairs hold years of use, and this is where most of the smell in an older office actually lives. Reception seating gets the same treatment.

High level and hidden areas
Cobwebs, ceiling corners, tops of cabinets and partitions, light fittings and AC vent grilles. All of it above eye level, none of it reached by a daily clean.

An office gets judged twice. Staff notice the washroom and the pantry, and they notice fast. Clients notice reception, the meeting room glass and the smell of the place in the first thirty seconds. Neither group sees the cleaning, they only see what it didn’t do.

Daily, weekly and monthly office cleaning
Most offices need a routine rather than an event. A regular contract covers desks and contact surfaces, washrooms, pantry, floors, bins and reception, on whatever frequency fits your headcount and hours.
Daily suits offices above roughly twenty people, or anywhere with client visits and a busy pantry. Two or three visits a week is enough for many smaller teams. Monthly works only where a deep clean is doing the heavy lifting and someone in-house handles the day to day.
Contracts are quoted per visit after we’ve seen the floor, and the price holds for the term. Consumables can be included or left to you, whichever you prefer.
Office deep cleaning in Dubai
Deep cleaning is the layer that a daily routine can’t reach, and it’s booked periodically rather than continuously: carpet and chair extraction, machine cleaning of hard floors, high level dusting, AC vent grilles, appliances inside, washroom grout and limescale, and everything above eye level.
Most Dubai offices run one or two a year, usually timed to a quiet week or a long weekend. Offices that took on staff without changing their cleaning schedule usually need one sooner than they think.
The distinction matters when you’re comparing quotes: a daily contract and a deep clean are different services and shouldn’t be priced against each other.
Office sanitization services in Dubai
Sanitising is separate again. A clean surface and a disinfected surface are not the same thing, and the gap between them is where an office passes an infection round the whole floor in a week.
A sanitisation pass covers every contact surface, door handles and push plates, light switches, lift buttons, stair rails, shared keyboards and phones, meeting room tables, pantry appliance handles and washroom fittings. Products are applied and left for the full dwell time rather than wiped straight off, which is the step that decides whether it worked.
Offices book it as a one-off when something has gone round the team, or on a schedule through the higher-risk months. It’s also standard before a new tenant moves into a fitted office.
After hours and weekend cleaning
Almost all of our office work happens outside business hours: after close, before opening, or over the weekend. Nobody is asked to work around a cleaning team, and there’s no vacuum running during a call.
For deep cleans on larger floors we split the work by zone across a few nights, so no part of the office is out of use during the working day. Access arrangements, whether that’s building security, an access card or a key held with reception, get set up once and then it runs.
Offices we clean
Corporate offices, coworking spaces, clinics and consulting rooms, showrooms, retail back offices and small commercial units. Fitted offices and shell-and-core handovers after a fit-out, which is a different job again because it means construction residue rather than daily use.

Transparent pricing
Office cleaning is quoted after a site visit, not over the phone. Floor area, desk count, number of washrooms, floor surfaces and frequency all move the number, and quoting blind means either overcharging you or arriving with too few people.
You get a fixed price per visit for contracts, or a fixed total for a one-off deep clean, and it doesn’t move afterwards. The site visit is free.
