Sofa cleaning services in Dubai
Dirt sits deep in the weave, not on top of it. That's the bit most cleaners skip. We shampoo, steam and dry fabric or leather, a 2-seater or a full sectional, and most sofas are touch-dry before we leave.
Leather Sofa Dry Cleaning Process
- Wipe down with soap and water
Damp cloth, mild soap, everyday marks off. Enough to lift the dirt, not so much it soaks into the seams.
- Rinse with a clean, damp cloth
Second pass, plain water this time. Takes off any soap residue before it dries into the surface and leaves a film.
- Dry the leather fully
Leftover moisture is the real problem here, honestly, it's what causes mildew and that faint musty smell weeks later, so we go over the leather again with a dry cloth until it's actually dry.
- Condition with leather cream
Last step. Cream goes on to put moisture back in, then we buff it out, otherwise it sits flat or comes out greasy.
Fabric Sofa Shampooing and Steam Cleaning
- Vacuuming
Cushions off first. Then into the seams and crevices, because that's actually where the dust collects, not on the top where a quick pass would catch it.
- Sofa shampooing
Hand shampoo worked into the fibres, breaks up dirt that's sat there a while, then we extract it back out. Leaving it to dry into the fabric is how you get that stiff, matted feel.
- Sofa steam cleaning
Heat gets what a cold clean just can't. Stops mold or bacteria settling back in afterward too.
Sofa Stain Removal and Drying
- Stain and Odor Removal
Spills. Food. Pet accidents. The greasy marks on the armrests that build up over months. We treat all of it with products that won't wreck the fabric underneath, and honestly the smell is the harder part, not the stain. Spray something floral on top and it fades in a week, that's the usual trick. We go after the odour at the source instead.
- Drying
AC on its coolest setting once we're done, that's what speeds it up. Couple of hours to touch-dry, six to eight properly dry.

Sofa cleaning services in Dubai
Give a sofa in Dubai a few months and you can see it happening: the cushions go a shade darker, dust works its way into the weave, and someone spills coffee on the armrest that no amount of blotting fully lifts. That’s the gap EcoClean fills. Sofa cleaning Dubai households book us for covers both fabric and leather couches, from a single 2-seater up to a full L-shape sectional, using products that don’t leave a residue behind for kids or pets to breathe in. Need a slot? There’s a booking form on the site, pick whichever day suits and we take it from there.
Upholstery cleaning Dubai: fabric and leather sofa cleaning
Fabric and leather don’t get the same treatment, because they don’t need the same thing. Fabric sofa cleaning starts with a hand shampoo pass, then extraction to pull the moisture and loosened dirt back out, then a proper dry before anyone sits on it again. Leather sofa cleaning is wiped down, conditioned so it doesn’t crack or dry out over time, and buffed at the end so it doesn’t come out looking flat and dull. Both get extra attention on the seams and piping, since that’s genuinely where most of the dust ends up.
Couch cleaning: vacuuming, sofa steam cleaning and sofa shampooing
Before anything wet touches the sofa, it gets vacuumed properly, cushions off, crevices done, not just a once-over on top. Sofa steam cleaning follows for most fabric jobs, since heat lifts ground-in dirt that a cold clean just won’t shift. Sofa shampooing goes in after that, worked through the fibres and then extracted back out rather than left to sit and dry into the fabric. Drying is the last stretch, and we’ll point a fan or two at it so the sofa isn’t damp any longer than it has to be.
Sofa stain removal
Spills, food, pet accidents, the greasy marks people leave on the armrests over time, we treat those with products that won’t wreck the fabric underneath. Sofa stain removal isn’t only about lifting the mark either. A lot of cleaners spray something floral over the smell and call it done, and that fades within a week. We go after the odour at the source instead, so the couch actually smells clean rather than just masked. For anything past a normal wipe-down, a full sofa deep cleaning usually sorts it in one visit, and heavily soiled leather sometimes gets a sofa dry cleaning pass first so the conditioning holds better afterward.
Sofa cleaning prices in Dubai
We price sofa cleaning per seat, so a 2-seater costs less than a 3-seater, and a 3-seater less than an L-shape or corner sofa with 5 to 6 seats. It keeps the number fair to what’s actually getting cleaned, rather than one flat rate for every size.
Sofa cleaning is AED 50 per seat, plus 5% VAT. So a 2-seater, that’s 2 seats, works out to about AED 105 including VAT. A 3-seater, 3 seats, comes to around AED 158. A full L-shape or corner sofa with 5 to 6 seats lands somewhere between AED 263 and AED 315.
Since the team’s already there for the sofa, a few other things are worth booking at the same time. Chairs are AED 40 per seat plus VAT, curtains are AED 25 per piece plus VAT, and carpets are AED 25 per square metre plus VAT.
Want an exact number for your setup? Send a photo of the sofa, or book a free look and we’ll quote it on the spot.
What Dubai customers say
Nivedita Jajoo said she loved the service and how receptive the team was to feedback, and that she was genuinely happy with the work. James Fenton had his leather couch in Business Bay conditioned afterward so it went from stiff back to soft, at a fair price with no mess left behind. Priya Menon used us for an L-shape sofa and said the dog smell she’d basically given up on was finally gone once it dried.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
Once a year, for most homes. Every six months if it gets heavy use. But if there’s a dog, small kids, or someone who reacts to dust in the house, three to four months is honestly the better call, before the grime gets to where you can actually see it.
-
Yes. Eco-friendly, hypoallergenic products, nothing chemical left in the fabric once it dries. Kids and pets are fine to use the sofa again straight after.
-
Depends what the sofa needs, really: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, steam, shampooing, or a disinfection pass if it’s called for. Fabric type and how dirty it’s gotten decide which one. A delicate linen or velvet piece gets a gentler hand than, say, a heavily used fabric sectional.
-
1.5 to 3 hours, usually, in your home. Bigger sofa or tougher stains pushes that up.
-
A couple of hours to touch-dry. Six to eight to be properly dry all the way through. Cool AC while it’s drying speeds that up, the cushions especially.
-
Most of the time. Dubai Marina, Business Bay, JVC and the areas around them can usually get a same-day slot, fabric or leather. Tell us where you are and we’ll find the nearest opening.

Steam uses heat to lift ground-in dirt, and it keeps mold or bacteria from settling back into the fibres. Shampooing is a cleaning solution worked into the fabric to break the dirt up, then extracted back out. Most fabric jobs get both, steam then shampoo, in that order, then a proper dry.
