Kitchen deep cleaning services in Dubai
Cabinets, oven, hood, exhaust, floors, all of it. Most cleans stop at the counters, because that's what looks fine from the doorway. Fill out the form and someone from our Dubai team gets back to you with a slot, usually the same day.
Our kitchen deep cleaning process
We go through the kitchen in pretty much the same order every visit, not because we're rigid about it, it just stops us re-dirtying something we already cleaned an hour before.
- Decluttering the space
Countertops, stovetop, small appliances, all cleared off first. Gives us room to actually work instead of cleaning around clutter.
- Cleaning from top to bottom
Ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, curtains, dusted and washed first. Dust falls down, not up. Start with the floor and you're doing it twice.
- Cabinets and drawers
Emptied out, wiped inside and out, usually with castile soap since it's gentler on the wood. Doors are open anyway, so whatever's stored inside gets a quick tidy too.
- Refrigerator and oven cleaning
The fridge comes away from the wall so we can clean underneath it properly. Anything expired goes in the bin, shelves get sanitized, and the oven gets an eco-friendly degreaser, strong enough for the baked-on mess.
- Stove cleaning
Knobs, burners, spill catchers, all come off. Cleaned one by one, the way the manufacturer actually recommends. Skip that step and things get scratched.
- Dishwasher maintenance
One empty cycle, eco-friendly detergent, a bit of baking soda. Clears out buildup you'd never notice just looking at it from outside.
- Appliance cleaning
Toasters, blenders, microwaves. Wiped, polished, stainless steel cleaner where it's actually needed.
- Sink and countertops
Scrubbed, disinfected, grout lines included. Nobody wants sticky residue lurking in there weeks later.
- Wall degreasing
Oily patches near the stove and on cabinet fronts need something strong enough to cut through cooking residue, but gentle enough not to strip the finish underneath.
- Floor cleaning
Swept and mopped last. Corners done properly, and the spots under appliances a normal clean usually skips right past, honestly where most of the dust ends up anyway.

What our kitchen cleaning services cover
Kitchens get dirty fast, and not in the way you’d expect. The counters look fine after a quick wipe, but pull the fridge out and there’s a whole different story underneath. That’s basically what kitchen deep cleaning in Dubai means for us at EcoClean. We go through the cabinets, the oven, the exhaust hood, the floors, and yes, we move the appliances too, even though it’s a hassle. Fill out the form on our site and we’ll sort out a time that works for you.
We go through the kitchen in pretty much the same order every visit. First we clear the space, countertops, stovetop, small appliances, all out of the way so there’s room to move. Then top to bottom, ceiling fans first, light fixtures, blinds and curtains, dusted and washed before anything below gets touched.
Greasy patches on the walls and cabinet fronts get something strong enough to cut through cooking residue, though not so strong it eats the finish. The fridge comes away from the wall so we can clean underneath it, the oven gets an eco-friendly degreaser for the baked-on stuff, knobs and burners come off and get cleaned separately. Then the dishwasher, the small appliances, the sink and countertops, and the floors last, swept and mopped, corners and all, plus the spots under the appliances a normal clean usually skips.
Why kitchen cleaning actually matters
Think about how often your kitchen gets used, every day, probably more than once if there’s a family to feed, or a restaurant to run. All that traffic adds up fast, and grease, bacteria and mold build up quicker than most people expect. A normal wipe handles the counters and the dishes. It doesn’t touch what’s behind the fridge, or what’s baked onto the exhaust fan by now, sitting there quietly until it turns into a fire hazard nobody saw coming.
Looking clean isn’t really the whole point. Grease sitting too long messes with the air in the room, draws in pests, and bumps up the odds of cross-contamination. Every few months at home, or monthly at a restaurant, the real reason to keep on top of it is safety, not appearance.
Benefits of professional kitchen cleaning
Hygiene comes first. Clearing out built-up grease and bacteria cuts the risk of foodborne illness and cross-contamination, and that matters most in commercial kitchens, where inspectors check exactly this. Clearing grease from the exhaust system takes care of a fire hazard at the same time.
Then there’s the appliances. Ovens, fridges and exhaust fans all run better once grease stops clogging up the parts inside, which means fewer breakdowns and fewer early replacements. Over a few years, that turns into real money saved, not just a vague promise. And a kitchen that’s properly clean just feels different than one that’s merely tidy, whether it’s family walking in or customers sitting down at a table.
Kitchen hood cleaning
The hood above your stove takes a beating. Some grease sneaks in there every day, and most people never really look up to check. We pull the filters out and soak them, degrease the whole hood inside and out, and clean the fan housing too, since airflow gets choked off pretty quick once grease starts caking on. For restaurants, this is usually the first spot an inspector goes for, a greasy hood is a hygiene problem and a fire risk at the same time. Some clients just call it kitchen chimney cleaning, same job either way.
Kitchen duct and exhaust cleaning
Grease doesn’t stop at the hood. It keeps going through the ductwork and the exhaust system, coating pipes nobody ever actually looks inside of. This is really kitchen exhaust cleaning as much as duct work, since the two run together. We get into the sections we can reach and clear out those grease deposits. Left alone, that stuff restricts airflow and eventually turns into a real fire risk, not just a theoretical one. Commercial kitchens really do need this on a set schedule to stay compliant with fire safety and health codes.
Commercial kitchen cleaning services
Restaurants, cafes and catering kitchens run on tighter hygiene margins than a home kitchen, and inspectors know exactly where to look. Our commercial kitchen cleaning, restaurant kitchen cleaning included, covers the same ground as a home job, plus hood, duct and exhaust degreasing, floor drains, walk-in fridges, prep surfaces. We schedule around your service hours so it doesn’t get in the way of business, and everything we use is eco-friendly and food-safe, since anything near food prep has to meet that standard no matter how stubborn the grease is.
Kitchen deep cleaning checklist
People ask what a kitchen deep cleaning checklist actually looks like, so here’s roughly how it goes. Countertops and appliances cleared off first, anything expired tossed, then the ceiling fixtures, blinds and curtains dusted before anything underneath gets touched, otherwise you end up cleaning the same dust twice. After that it’s the walls, backsplashes and cabinet fronts getting degreased, then the cabinets and drawers themselves, inside and out.
Next the fridge gets pulled away from the wall, shelves and drawers get sanitized, and the oven gets a proper degreasing along with the stovetop, knobs and burners. The dishwasher runs empty with eco-friendly detergent, small appliances get wiped down including inside the microwave, and the sink, faucet and countertops get a real scrub, grout lines and all.
Then there’s the hood filters, the exhaust fan, whatever duct sections are reachable, and the floors, swept and mopped, getting under the appliances and into the corners nobody bothers with. A final walk-through at the end confirms every surface is actually spotless, not just looking fine from across the room.

Frequently asked questions about kitchen cleaning services
-
Pretty much everything, plus a few spots you wouldn’t think of. Countertops, cabinets, drawers, every appliance inside and out, sinks, faucets, walls, floors. And the gap behind the fridge that nobody’s touched in a year. Eco-friendly products the whole way through.
-
For a home kitchen, every 3 to 6 months keeps things in decent shape. Running a restaurant or commercial kitchen, monthly is closer to what health codes actually expect.
-
Regular cleaning is your day to day stuff, wiping counters, doing dishes, a sweep of the floor. Kitchen deep cleaning goes after everything that gets ignored in between, behind the appliances, inside the cabinets, that exhaust fan that’s basically caked in grease by now.
-
Yeah, the whole way through. Non-toxic, fine around kids, pets, food prep areas. Still cuts through grease just as well.
-
Not the way we do it. Products and tools get matched to the surface, marble is treated differently than stainless steel, so you don’t end up with scratches or faded finishes.
-
Somewhere between 2 and 5 hours for a home kitchen, depending on size and how long it’s been since the last proper clean. Commercial kitchens run longer, more equipment, more surface to cover.
-
Sure. Most people do. Just give the team the kitchen itself while they’re in it, easier for everyone than working around you.
-
You could. A weekend, some gloves, and enough patience. But professional equipment reaches spots a home kit never will, and there’s a difference between what needs sanitizing and what just needs a wipe. Results hold up longer, too.
